Phelps-Clifton Springs CSD Food Service is a Non-Profit, Self Supporting Program.  School taxes do not pay for the school food service program.  Our "charging" policy is:  CHARGE ONE DAY, PAY THE NEXT.  Students may not borrow if they have a negative balance of three meals or more.  (students who still have a negative balance of three lunches or more at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year will not be allowed to charge until the balance is paid.)

Students who owe more than the cost of three meals will be offered either a peanut butter sandwich and milk or a cheese sandwich and milk, at the regular lunch price, until their balance is paid in full.
