Class Materials (top)

These are things that should be brought to class everyday to ensure that we will be able to proceed most efficiently.

• Notebook & Folder OR Binder w/ notebook paper & Folder

• Writing Utensils - Pencil or Pen (blue, black, or dark purple; stay away from colors that are hard to read.)

• Calculator - All you NEED is a calculator that will add, subtract, multiply, divide, and have a square root button... (8th grade and Accelerated students will also need 'Sin', 'Cos', and 'Tan' buttons).  Any functions after those are gravy.

• Textbook - Given in class

Grading (top)

• Students will earn points in 5 categories:
  - Homework/Class-Work, maximum point value of 3 - 10 points
  - Quizzes, maximum point value of 15 - 50 points
  - Tests, maximum point value of 50 - 150 points
  - Projects, maximum point value will vary depending on project
  - Extra Credit, maximum point value will vary depending on assignment
