Mission Statement

Based on the belief that all students can learn, the mission of the Phelps-Clifton Springs school community is to accept the responsibility to provide the fundamental skills consistent with students' abilities.

We also accept the responsibility to challenge all students to attain higher levels of achievement by developing the whole child physically, socially, emotionally, and culturally consistent with the resources available to the community.

Our schools envision graduating young men and women who will demonstrate:
