PSAT
PSAT stands for Preliminary SAT. It is a standardized test designed to offer practice for the SAT Reasoning Test. The test is also used for qualifying for the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs. The PSAT will be offered at Midlakes High School on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. The cost is $14, and some fee-waivers are available for students who meet the eligibility requirements (see counselor for details). Students need to sign up in the PSO no later than Monday, October 4, 2010.
