Our catching and throwing unit includes overhand and underhand throwing.  Our students learn simple ways to remember the steps such as, tick tock like a clock, and point-step-throw.  They also learned a rhyme to help with our catching skill- when the ball is up high, our palms face the sky, when the ball is down low, our pinkies are low.
