Families seeking transportation to a location other than their child’s home address during the 2022-2023 school year must complete the annual Child Care/Alternative Location Request Form below.

By state law, the District is not allowed to provide transportation to an alternate location without a form completed annually. Please note, each child may only have a maximum of one alternate pick-up or drop-off location. Please submit a separate form for each child. Families needing assistance or have further questions may call the Transportation Department at (315) 548-6400. 

Please be sure to complete the form no later than Friday, July 1, 2022. We appreciate your attention in completing the form as soon as possible to ensure seemless transportation at the beginning of the new academic year.
