The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District Board of Education is committed to providing a safe and orderly school environment where students may receive and district personnel may deliver quality educational services without disruption or interference. Responsible behavior by students, teachers, other district personnel, parents and other visitors is essential to achieving this goal.
The district has a long-standing set of expectations for conduct on school property and at school functions. These expectations are based on the principles of civility, mutual respect, citizenship, character, tolerance, honesty, and integrity.
A draft of the 2023-2024 Code of Conduct was available for review, with a public comment period from Thursday, July 19, 2023 - Saturday, Aug. 18, 2023. Comments can be submitted using a chat box on this page or by calling the District Office at (315) 548-6420. Residents are encouraged to provide their name and contact information. 2023 Code of Conduct Public Hearing
A Public Hearing on the District's Code of Conduct was held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 21 in the Board of Education Room (room 103) of Midlakes Elementary School.
