The Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) offers residents the opportunity to request copies of district documents and records. Residents interested in obtaining particular documents should submit their request in writing to District Clerk Pam Mann at the Phelps-Clifton Springs District Office, 1490 State Route 488, Clifton Springs, NY 14432 or by email at pmann@midlakes.org.

Requests should include the specific items being requested and the format in which they are desired. Please note there may be a copying charge for hard copy documents and some records may be withheld for personal privacy and other reasons.
