Safety Plan

District residents are invited to submit public comments regarding the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District's Emergency Preparedness Plan to help staff and public safety partners respond swiftly should an emergency occur.A public comment period on the plan will be held from July 25, 2025 through August 25, 2025. A Public Hearing regarding the plan is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25 in the Board of Education Room (room 103) of Midlakes Elementary School. Further information regarding the District's safety plan, as outlined by state law, is enclosed in the documents below. Members of the community may submit comments using the form below.
