Emergency Preparedness Plan

  • The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District follows a comprehensive Emergency Response Plan, as required by law, to help staff and public safety partners respond swiftly should an emergency occur.   

    District residents are invited to submit public comments regarding the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District's Emergency Preparedness Plan through October 20, 2019. Comments can be made below on the District website, during a public hearing scheduled for 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 16 in Room 103 at Midlakes Elementary School, 1510 State Route 488, Clifton Springs, and by calling District Office at (315) 548-6420.

    Residents are encouraged to name and contact information. Comments submitted through the website will not be posted online.
