The Board of Education and the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District are re-engaging the community to assist in our strategic planning process, which was paused in March 2020 due to the pandemic.

This survey allows families, community members, and other stakeholders to provide input and feedback regarding the District’s response to the pandemic. The results of this survey will be combined with feedback and data collected prior to the pandemic to inform the District’s Strategic Planning Process. 

All responses will be completely anonymous. The survey, which will close on Friday, June 4, takes about five minutes to complete. Parents, community members, and those wanting to complete the survey by paper may pick up and/or request forms in the District Office, 1490 State Route 488, Clifton Springs. Those with questions may call (315) 548-6420. Again, all responses to the survey are due on Friday, June 4.
