Child Care Assistance
Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES is working with The Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) to assist families in finding appropriate childcare during mandated closures due to COVID-19. Families in need of child care support may fill out an online survey.
Find a wide-range of resources available to District families has been posted online. The listing includes local food cupboards, government and mental health resources as well as a list of contacts from Midlakes Pupil Support Offices. Also includes 211/Life Line, a free and confidential resource for food, clothing, shelter, mental health and more.
Midlakes Schools has established an email (email@example.com) to help families with issues connecting their devices to the Internet and address other issues. The email is regularly monitored. Also, information on connecting devices to various remote learning programs can be found online along with a video tutorial on how to remotely connect student iPads.
