District residents are invited to submit public comments regarding the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District's 2023-2024 SRO contract (see below). The SRO Program is designed to provide education, law enforcement and counseling to school students while working with the school community to provide a safe learning environment. The program is an attempt to deter certain behaviors through positive interactions with students during school hours.

A public comment period for the contract will be held from Friday, June 9, 2023 - Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Comments can be submitted starting June 9 by using a chat box on this page or by calling the District Office at (315) 548-6420. Residents are encouraged to provide their name and contact information. Further information on the contract is enclosed below.
