The Midlakes Aquatics Center is located off Route 488.


  • The Midlakes Aquatic Center offers the surrounding communities an opportunity to gain from the benefits of a water environment. This includes accommodating all health, safety, education, recreation, and competitive needs.


    Lap swim: Lap swim hours for the early bird and those looking to get a couple of laps in later in the day. 

    • 6 - 7:30 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 7:30-8:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; and 8 - 9 p.m., Wednesday and Friday.

    Open/family swim: Certified lifeguards will be on staff during open hours. Please refrain from bringing personal water toys or equipment. Children six and younger, along with non-swimmers, must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

    • 6 - 8 p.m., Wednesday and Friday

    Water aerobics: A class designed for those looking to tone and firm themselves into shape. Participants can expect to use the resistance of water to achieve muscular endurance and appearance while reaching target heart rates during exercise. 

    • 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

    The cost for lap swim and open swim is $1 for students, $3 for adults, $2 for seniors, or a Plunge Pass of 20 visits for $50. The fee for water aerobics is $5 per class or a water fitness pass (20 classes) for $70, or $60 for seniors. The schedule is subject to change.     Visit the Clifton Springs YMCA website to learn more about the youth swim club, which uses the Midlakes Aquatic Center. 


    Children 12 and younger using the pool facility during evening programs must be accompanied by an adult. Children six and younger, or is a non-swimmer, must be accompanied in the pool by an adult. No exceptions.
