Guidelines for selection of an athlete include but are not limited to: (1) Outstanding in two or more sports or very exceptional in one sport.

(2) Honored by the school, league and/or state for their accomplishments.

(3) Recognized by the school as an exceptional student for their moral conduct and academic accomplishments.
