Emergency Preparedness Plan

  • District residents are now invited to submit public comments regarding the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District's Emergency Preparedness Plan, required by law, to help staff and public safety partners respond swiftly should an emergency occur.    

    The public comment period for the plan is open from July 8, 2022 - August 7, 2022. Comments may be submitted using the chat box below or by calling the District Office at (315) 548-6420. Residents are encouraged to provide their name and contact information. Further information regarding the District's safety plan, as outlined by state law, is enclosed in the documents below.

    Public Hearing: Aug. 8
    A Public Hearing on the draft proposal of the Public Health Emergency Communicable Disease Protocols will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2022 in the Midlakes Middle School Cafeteria.
