Students Predict How Tech Will Change the Future

JUNE 9, 2022 – Seventh graders in Christian Conrad’s Computer Applications' classes predicted how different technologies might shape everyday life.

Students learned about technology-related inventions and advancements from the past and researched such technologies as smart clothing, self-driving cars, artificial intelligence, space drones, computer vision, bionic body parts, and more to predict the future.

The students made poster boards about their technology. They included photos, described the impact their technology might have on society and included interesting facts. Students learned from each other by reviewing and voting for their favorite poster boards.

Mr. Conrad said the project had students looking at the world in new and different ways. All poster boards will be displayed in the old middle school hallway until the last day of regular classes, June 14.

The following students or teams received the most votes.
