About Midlakes Theatre
The high school theatre club each year produces a fall play in Midlakes Black Box Theatre and a spring musical on the stage of the Midlakes High School Auditorium. Students work closely with a team of select directors to stage multiple performances with emphasis given to acting, singing, dancing, and set building.
Rehearsals for the fall show begin in early September with performances typically in early November. Auditions for the spring musical begin in early December with performances typically in mid-March.

The Midlakes Theatre Experience has announced performances of "Almost Maine" for 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7 and Friday, Nov. 8; and 2 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 in the Black Box Theatre.
