New Student Registration Information
Kindergarten Pre-Registration
Children 5 years old by December 1 are eligible for kindergarten in that fall. Families may begin the registration process by completing the online pre-registration form to receive important updates and other information. Those with questions should contact Kim Maher at kmaher@midlakes.org. Begin kindergarten pre-registration to receive information and updates regarding enrollment, screening and more.

UPK Registration
Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) is a state-funded program open to children that are four years old entering kindergarten the following school year. The program is a collaborative effort between the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District and Our Children’s Place Learning Center.

Midlakes Elementary School serves a diverse population of students in kindergarten through sixth grade while housing a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program and the Midlakes Education Center.
Midlakes Middle/High School serves a diverse population of students in seventh through twelfth grade while also housing the Midlakes Education Center.
